Blur is the perfect weekend rental. Fast cars, superb graphics, and an easy pick up and play mentality. Nearly everyone has played a kart racer before and will understand how to use its numerous power-ups in order to beat the crowds but despite all these positive qualities the game suffers from a real lack of authentic character and style. The game is artificially lengthened with single player and online stat grinds which ultimately will have you becoming disinterested and ready for your next rental. Blur would be to call it a simple homage to Mario Kart; crossed with speed underground that took the standard racing genre and added combat perfectly to give it a unique feel that is exciting and gives you hours of fun and excitement. Fast fun and epic is what you will get with this game. Blur definitely is the most memorable automotive title of the year thus far, and it definitely deserves a spot of the shelf of any automotive or racing fan. I would recommend if you are looking for a game that offers hours of fun, excitement and much more! Worth your money and time to play and awesome game!
