Something better, something worse.

I have played Bloody Roar 3 for a very long time while waiting for BR4. I bought BR4 as soon as it is released, but after playing for a few times and finished the game, I found this game is not as good as its previous game.

BR4 is a unique fighting game where all the characters can transform into animal in the battle. Each character has unique moveset and very cool finishing move.

Let me tell the good about this game first. First, it has introduced at least 3 new characters. Second, its game graphic is improving. Third, it has introduced slightly more story for this game.

And the drawbacks are: Firstly, the gameplay is poorer, I mean the battle system of BR4 is not as good as BR3. Second, the new characters are not exciting at all (not good to use). Third, the storyline is not exciting at all.

Basically BR4 has made some changes in order to improve from BR3 but in fact all the changes have made the game worse than the previous one. Especially the final boss (the dragon) in BR4, this character is the worse character in the game. The final boss (Uranus) in BR3 is far more better than him.

Overall, BR4 is still a good fighting game, but it is not as good as BR3. If you like fighting game, then I recommend you to rent it first.
