Blacklight is a new take on shooters but its no MW 2.
Positives -
1) Awesome Black Ops mode -
Not only can you play alone but take on Black ops missions with your friends, which including gunning down a variety of enemies and vehicles.
2) The Hypervisor -
Anything with the word hyper in it has to be cool right? The Hypervisor is an interesting and cool way of illiminating the radar. Switching to this visor shows you all your buddies on the map and enemies and they're positions.
3) Fun minigames -
In certain modes of gameplay you will need to hack certain things my playing certain minigames. These games are interesting and alittle fun! Some of the time you will not need to hack but it would be benefical. (Such as capturing a base, hacking speeds up the capturing time from 10 seconds to 3.)
4) Future DLC - more DLC for Blacklight could provide patches to resolve flaws, add on maps, weapons, and missions.
The Bad -
The only Flaw I see in Blacklight is the controls. Sadly thats the most important part of a game...
1) DELAYS DELAYS DELAYS-
Two of the most important actions are slightly delayed. The grenade throwing and the melee. I've found myself dead many times because of the melee delay.
2) Sloppy Aiming controls-
At first I felt the aiming was way to loose when I first played the game and I adjusted the look sensitivity from 8 to 6. The aiming controls don't react as well as Call of duty. This problem leaks into the grenade throw aim.
The "eh its not bad... but its nothing special"-
1) Multiplayer games-
The choices in multiplayer games are not special. Deathmatch is deathmatch and Domination is domination...
2) Loadouts-
Loadouts are average.
3) Character selection-
There are only 2 character selections, Blacklight and The Order soldiers.
Overall Blacklight Tango down is good and hopefully it will get better. I do suggest it to people who would like a break from call of duty. I suggest it to everyone who wants to try something new.
