Some games are born to raise the flag for online FPS!
Bad Company 2 is a game that has done nothing but grow on me. In my opinion the finest online FPS out. Even though the class system seems to take hella long to upgrade this time round, in all fairness though this is because you are encouraged to utilize the different classes this time around.
Bad Company 2: Vietnam is a fine addition and one of the most well thought out add ons for any game, there is a rocking 60's soundtrack and the class systems have been tweaked. My only real gripe is the flame thrower, yes it is awesome but it does seem a little over powered, as if too much emphasis has been placed on this weapon. The look and feel of the add feel considerably different to it BC2, more claustrophobic, a great reflection of it's source material. If I had any real grips are despite the flame thrower is there really isnt to much to attain. The other gripe is lack of single player, yes it's a multiplayer expansion but something tells me they could have done an awesome job with a story that somehow relates to BC2, maybe have **** dad in there. Or more soldiers out looking for gold like in BC1. Something funny or slightly quirky.
Over all I think a 8.5 is a fair rating, great gameplay, great graphics, brilliant music score but the inclusion of more unloackables or a mini story would have gained it some extra props.
