Battlefield 1943 is a fun game, but a couple things hold it back
Gameplay: The gameplay in this game is basic, its a first person shooter and you got three classes, rifleman, scout, and infantry that are each good at their own thing. There is also tanks, 4x4, bombing raids, planes, mounted machine guns, and anti aircraft guns that you can use which greatly add to the experience. Some problems are that their are only 3 maps and only 1 mode, and that you can't get new guns for classes, both of these problems kinda take away from the game, but the amount of vehicles and what you can do with them really does add and makes these problems not that big of a deal. There is also another mode called air superiority which is just conquest with planes, it is really fun and cool at first, but then it starts to get boring. One last thing to say is that there is no single player except for a training stage. So overall the gameplay is fun and it is quite enjoyable, and it is very addicting, but it is flawed.

Controls:The controls are amazing in the game, the character and vehicle controls are all amazing, but I had a little trouble with the plane at first. The controls also fell responsive and they feel good.

Story: There barely is a story in this game, you are either the Japan or America in World War 2 and you fight to take over these islands. One thing that is good is that the battles in the game are based off real battles, and before the game starts, there is a little history of the battle which is cool. Plus the story doesn't really matter much since it is multiplayer only.

Graphics: The graphics in the game are good, but it is no Modern Warfare 2, I did notice some pop in here and there and some of the textures are lame, but the frame rate is good. So overall the graphics are good, but nothing special.

Audio: The audio in the game is really good, the music, sound effects, and voice acting for the characters, are all great and really add to the experience, but its nothing special.

Value: The value in the game is really good since there are many things to do when you are in battles. But the lack of upgrades, 3 classes, 4 maps and only 1 game mode, bring down the value. But one thing to say is that there are many vehicles and there is a lot to do with them, and it is only 15 dollars, but once you get bored, there is little reason to come back, but this will take a while for this to happen.

Overall the game is good, despite its flaws, I would still get it because it really is an amazing experience.
