It's like an old friend... you come back to!!! FANTASTIC!!!!!
This is downloadable from the ps store only and was one of the first games I played on the ps3 and I have to say I still love it!!!
( having put in some 40hrs + so far.)
It's a perfect... I'll just have a quick blast game.
Although your likely to spend a good few hours on it initially.
Graphically it's very tidy.
The game play is wonderful.
The control system is second to none COD included.
And unlike Cod you can actually join up now and still get an I idea of what the map looks like before some clever sod blows you away standing near to where you spawn... although this can happen at times... it feels like you have a better chance of survival.
You can choose what to do here...
head to where it's kicking off and add your weight...
Or go and try capture a flag somewhere in the back woods where in terms of players it will be less cramped, In fact you'll usually experience both in a game!
The areas are a good size...
perhaps 3-4 sizes of a cod area.
You can get a handle on how to use transport pretty easy as well.
I'm still crap in a plane... as they do need a bit of practice and I don't use them.
A game will last about 10mins.
It's easily my favourite download game that I have.
Very addictive and good fun to play...
which in the end is what it's all about.
I keep hoping they will release more maps...
(you only get the 3, don't let this put you off they are really brilliant and I haven't tired of playing them!!!!)
but we'll be getting Bad Company 2 before we get these?
It would be unfair to compare this to COD, I think.
It has a different feel to it mostly...
It costs a tenner...
and I have had my money's worth for sure.
