This is a good game, not a great game. If a 10 is perfect then I cannot give this more than a 7.5. It's not that it does anything wrong, the graphics are real nice, the combat system is easy and the cutscenes for the most part are excellent.

This game in my opinion is Batman meets BioShock. Although Arkham is not underwater, I felt that Arkham had the same feel to it as Rapture. I also feel that Bioshock was a much better game.

The combat is easy enough for begginers to get right into it which I think is a plus to any game, the mix between downright action and stealth is a nice mix this game gets right, however some of it becomes repetitive after awhile.

I did not find the boss fights anything special, but they did not stink either.

Don't get me wrong it is a good game and worth a play through, I deem a truly great game as one that is compelling, gets all the little things right, does not get overly repetitive and that has either a long playtime or a lot of replay in it. I beat the game in a few hours and do not feel compelled to replay it.

Bottom line, it's a goos solid fun game, not a great game.
