Does your Gamecube have cobwebs and dust on it, sitting there all lonely in the dark, just waiting to be played? RPG fans, worry no more! And for those of you waiting for the Wii, here's something that can kill time and at the same time, have fun. It is a must have for Baten Kaitos fans. Baten Kaitos Origins is the prequel to that game. The main character is Sagi, and you are the spirit inside of him. There are a lot of upgrades from the original game. The voices are better, for one. The battling is in real time (don't worry turn based RPG fans, you just need to think fast, thats it). And the characters actually have personality! Gameplay- You battle with cards. And Yu-Gi-Oh! haters, it's actually a pretty fun and addicting experience. Really. For the newcomers to the game, you'll get lost for what to do during battle, but soon you'll get the hang of it. The boss battles are a bit difficult, so it's good for those who like a challenge, and bad for those who are just plain lazy to level up a bit. Think you'll beat it in a day or 2? Think again. It's 60+ hours of gameplay, and every minute of it worth it. Graphics- The graphics are pretty nice, but not exactly eye candy. The only problem I had with this was that you might have to squint some to search for where you are on the screen. Other than that, it's fine.

Sound- Nice energetic music in the game. But not so good that you'll be humming it, but still good. Overall- Awesome game, awesome story, awesome battles. Must I say any more?
