No matter how much time passes, or how much the graphics improve - I will always keep comming back to this game. It's perfect combination of monster rearing, dating sim and combat make it unique from anything else out there! It's such a shame that the game is impossible to get a hold of, (I had to aquire my copy by somewhat dubious means) yet it's just so good.
Gameplay wise it's comparable to monster rancher combined with harvest moon.
A couple of downsides though, first, the mad saving system - if you mess up even once, you pretty much have to start all over! Second, the music can get repetitive fast (easily fixed though, just hit mute and grab your ipod)!
For anyone who has an unusual taste as I do this game should be on the top of your 'to find' list.
