Avatar: The Burning Earth has decent graphics and follows the series--but extremely short gameplay ruins most of the fun

Avatar: The Burning Earth is a rather decent game, it isn't something too special. The graphics are decent, but can be considered rather poor for its era. I never found much value in playing games that were based on movies, books, or television shows, but this one wasn't quite as bad as I would have imagined. Avatar: The Burning Earth follows the animated show known as Avatar: The Last Airbender quite well. The storyline complements that of the actual show. Although some parts of the game seem slightly confusing as certain events occur rather randomly. During the game, the player is able to switch between two characters during various missions and quests, or the game can be accmplished with a friend with the cooperative mode (which I find to be relavtively decent as well). Different combinations of buttons can be pressed to activate certain attacks, but most of the time, the player can simply smash buttons to defeat the enemies. The gameplay is pretty exciting, and the puzzles seem fun to accomplish. But the largest issue of this specific game is the extremely short gameplay. This game can be beaten in one sitting, in less than about two hours. Therefore, I would advise to simply rent this game first, because the game can probably be beaten during the time of the rent. This abysmal factor had its reasons though, if the game was longer, it would have given away too many parts of the animated series, therefore, less viewers would watch the show. But, even so, the game's shrot length has disapointed me greatly.
