Athens 2004 is just on the cosp of being good. So close. Athens 2004 should not be classified as a sports game but as a puzzle game. Not the best puzzle game on the market but okay. There are a lot of games and events to do but they are only puzzles. There are no real challenge to it. It isn't anything like MLB 2004 or NBA Street V3. Its just another puzzle game. If you want a sports game buy NHL or V3. But if you want another puzzle to solve on your PS2 go right ahead with Athens 2004. Lets hope the Vancouver 2010 video game is better. Overall 6.9 Fair.
