Probably the one thing I loved about this game was it's battle system. That's the thing that kept me going. It somehow felt very addictive. Battles are very fast paced. Normal battles would last 5 seconds to 1 minute at most. Boss battles may take longer...Doing alchemy is very fun and is a nice thing to do in town. The quest system is also pretty interesting giving you a lot of things to do.

Sadly it's also because of the quest system that the game falls. The story moves through a series of quests making it slow and slightly repetitve. You go back to the same dungeons over and over. The story, though interesting, IS cliched...

Overall, it's an interesting and unique game. It can last a very long time. Should you buy it? Only if you're looking for something "different." Otherwise just pass this one.
