The game is a free-roaming adventure game that takes you through Astro Boys world from beggining to end. Too bad the graphice look horrible, and your TV screen looks like it has spit smudged all over it. You can't make out the terrible structure in the game because of how bad the design and lighting is in the game. It looks just like a Nintendo 64 game, which is bad for a game released in 2004.

The storyline takes you from Astros creation in the newer redone version of Astro Boy all the way to the end. The game is filled with familiar enimies fans would know, such as Atlas and a couple others. For fans of Astro Boy, the gameprovides a great way to play out the life and story of Astro Boy from the start. Another great triumph for fans is the ability to collect character info cards, with character art and info on everyone inthe game. Fans will most likely find the game a lovable addition to the Astro Boy universe, but that's about it.

The game is just plain poor- from controls to sound and background music. Gameplay is enjoyable at first, with the promis to get to explore Astros world in the air or on foot. But once you leave the house and se what's beyond, you can't help but cry a little inside. The creators broke that promise, because the land you get to explore is one of the smallest in any action-exploration game anyone has ever seen. You get a tiny bridge in the city, and the inside and front yard of the Profs. house. The ability to fly around and explore was the only reason I bought this game, and I stopped playing it after the first few hours because of the total letdown it gave me.

It could be enjoyable to fans in the realm of storyline and being able to fly around as Astro, but that's about it. It's a total drag for everyone else, and a piece of crap for people who never even heard of Astro Boy. Don't play this game at all, let alone buy it.
