An impressive sequel to what's turning into a great series.

Okay I just completed the game today. So lets get the review out while the game is fresh in my mind.

The atmosphere of the game is great. You really feel like your in Italy. Each city has it's own style and presents something different. Florence seems typical of cities seen so far in the series which is great in the beginning as you get used to (or remember) the controls. Tuscany has a more rustic feel to it. It's much smaller but seems to be the more farming region. Venice is the big city, with the high towers and canals.

The game play is great. Admittedly, when you want precision with some of Ezio's movements, it is a little tough. However the game is very forgiving if you mistime a jump or make a mistake. Fighting is even more fun in this game then it's predecessor. The added weapons and disarm functions keeps it fresh and rewarding. In fact I found that different enemies were better to fight with different weapons.

The story is admittedly a little confusing at times, but very good regardless. Ezio as a character is very engaging and very likable. Throughout the game he seems to grow as a man right before your eyes. The only real disappointing part of the game was the ending. I let you get there to see how you feel about it. Thanks for reading.
