You Can Now Play Solitaire and Tic-Tac-Toe Directly in Google Search

Google has made it easier than ever to play two classic games.

Solitaire and Tic-Tac-Toe are two of the most well-known games in existence, and today Google has made it even easier to play them. If you boot up the Google Search app on your mobile device or go to Google on the web, you can play the two games directly in Google Search.

Simply search "Solitaire" or "Tic-Tac-Toe" and a space will appear above the search results in which you can play the games. They're both fairly simplistic versions of them, but that's to be expected since they're meant to run in the search and not take a lot of processing power.

This is just the latest in a continuing effort by Google to make its search engine even more accessible, attractive, and entertaining. For example, if you type in "Flip a coin," it'll pull up an animation of a coin flipping (with randomized results, of course). You can also search for things like "What sound does a pig make?" to bring up recordings of animal noises.

It's pretty amazing to think about how far Google Search has come in the past decade, and this is a cool addition to the core search engine. And, of course, it's a decent way to pass some time.
