Fallout 4 launches in a couple weeks, and while we're sure hardcore fans are already thinking about their character's build, newcomers to Fallout may not be familiar with how character statistics work. Recently, Bethesda confirmed when Fallout 4 will be available for pre-load on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. They also revealed the minimum and recommended specifications required to run the game.

Fallout 4 is set to release November 10.
