Microsoft will release special-edition Xbox One S models themed around Gears of War 4 and Halo 5: Guardians, according to a new leak. Images of the unannounced consoles popped up online this week, courtesy of Xbox insider @ekim_gaf.

For the Gears of War console, the franchise's famous Crimson Omen is seen on the 2 TB system itself, alongside what looks like a blood splatter in the corner. The Xbox One controller sports a similar design. Check out the images below; their origin is unknown.

The bundle also reportedly comes with a digital copy of the $100 Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition, which includes the game's season pass and other digital items. Another benefit of the Ultimate Edition is that it unlocks on October 7, four days before the game's public release. Whether or not the bundle, if genuine, also arrives early remains to be seen.

Ekim added that the system will cost $450, though this price is reportedly subject to change. The online tipster previously accurately revealed July 2016's Games With Gold lineup before its official announcement, so this person has a track record of accuracy.

Regarding the rumored Halo 5 1 TB Xbox One S, ekim posted an image of it earlier this week. It doesn't look all that special, however, as it's the normal white system and controller, presumably with a copy of the game bundled in. There is no word yet on pricing or a release date.

Asked about these rumored consoles, a Microsoft representative told GameSpot, "We do not comment on rumors or speculation."

The Xbox One S starts its rollout in August, though it appears only the most expensive version of the system will be available then. Gears of War 4 will be among the first games to support the new system's high dynamic range technology.
