Ubi Soft Teams With SouthPeak

Ubi Soft announces that it has joined forces with SouthPeak Interactive to distribute six PC and PlayStation titles internationally.

Ubi Soft announced on Thursday that it has joined forces with SouthPeak Interactive to distribute six titles internationally: Wild Wild West: The Steel Assassin, Animaniacs Splat Ball, Animaniacs - A Gigantic Bowling Adventure, Scooby-Doo - Mystery of the Fun Park Phantom, The Dukes of Hazzard - Racing for Home, and The Flintstones Bedrock Bowling. These games will be landing on PC and/or PlayStation platforms. Ubi Soft will distribute the titles in Europe, Quebec, and Australia.

"We're very excited about this alliance with one of the most successful and highly respected companies in the European marketplace," said Armistead Sapp, president of SouthPeak Interactive. "We're confident that Ubi Soft can deliver the most effective solution for distributing our titles throughout Europe."

According to Ubi Soft, the titles will release in early 2000.
