Respawn Entertainment and K'NEX today announced a new partnership that will see the construction toy company create a line of building toys based on the Titanfall game.

The K'NEX Titanfall playsets will include toys based on Pilots, Titans, Spectres, and other "key elements" from the game. A sneak peek of the new building sets will be provided at the NY Toy Fair in February 2014.

The Titanfall sets are designed for builders aged 8 and up, though the game itself has not been given age rating yet by the Entertainment Software Ratings Board.

Titanfall will not be the first gaming property to make the leap to K'NEX. Other gaming brands with K'NEX playsets include Mario Kart, Angry Birds, Pac-Man, and Super Mario. K'NEX also makes building sets based on bands like The Beatles and KISS.

Titanfall launches on March 11, 2014 for Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC. The game will never be released on PlayStation 3 or PlayStation 4, though a sequel could reach Sony platforms, according to Respawn Entertainment cofounder Vince Zampella.
