The great American graphic novel?

Cellar Door to publish comics based on American McGee's Bad Day LA, Oz, and Grimm.

Famed game designer American McGee's past work has always been visually distinctive (Doom, American McGee's Alice, Scrapland), so the announcement today that some of his games are being made into graphic novels by Cellar Door Publishing comes as little surprise. Included in the publishing deal are graphic novels based on his upcoming projects Bad Day LA, American McGee's Oz, and American McGee's Grimm. In an interview with GameSpot earlier this year, McGee had said he was planning on bringing his various projects to numerous media. Beyond graphic novels, he specifically mentioned feature films, soundtracks, and toy lines as possibilities for brand expansion.
