This actually looks pretty damn good.

Been very impressed with indie games the past couple of years, It seems like just yesterday Super Meat Boy popped into my life, now my Xbox and PS3 are almost full.

Gonna have to give this a shot!

Guess I will be buying this since it isn't the kickstarted game I paid for.

Suprised by the DX10 card for min since it will be on consoles as well. I have a DX card and meet all the max except for the DX11 portion but still slightly suprised.

My first purchase of this game will probably be Wii U, then maybe steam when it drops in price.  I need more Wii U games right now, and Little Inferno was pretty good on the Wii U.

I love these types of game, hey does anyone know the name of the adventure game that came out for the xbox original just as it ended that had a girl as the main character who adventured in real time japan, then into an alternate world. She had a cute teddy bear as a pda which was cool, no gunplay just a good story, puzzles.

Oh and it was a sequel I think from an older pc adventure game. Anyone know what the name of that game is?

Celebrating cutting ties with Xbox and Playstation with this game. It'll be my first Steam purchase, looks like the cooky fun of Splosion Man at a less frantic pace!

As curious as I am for this game, I've been reading mixed responses so I'll have to see how well it's received by critics before downloading.

Is this the game they kickstarted? I was expecting something a bit more point and clicky and well.. old school. But it does look alright!

I'm glad to finally have a release date, since I preordered the game a few days ago. But a week? Awww man.. I was hoping for a few days.

@jenovaschilld You're thinking of Dreamfall mate, it was the sequel to The Longest Journey.

Both good games, but The Longest Journey was waay better,

@rudyv30 I love steam, but this is the kinda game you want to get for the living room, put on the large tv, lay down on couch or recliner and hopefully have a significant other arguing about what to do next.

@TimeFrame@TimeFrame The kickstarter is probably not due for at least another 6 - 10 months.  It is codenamed 'Reds' and is pure point-and-click (no action ... well at least, no platforming)! They are in full production right now and have shown lots of details about the game to backers.  The documentary being created by 2player productions is also being released roughly every month and it is INCREDIBLE!!

You can still back it if you want (and they need some more money right now anyways): http://www.doublefine.com/dfapay

It's one of the most rewarding things I ever purchased!  If you love games do it!!

@babuchas666 The game will be different depending on which 3 characters (out of a choice of 7) you choose to start with. This includes areas you visit and character interactions. So no, not like Trine really.

@babuchas666

Trine 2 has you utilizing the capabilities of 3 completely different characters, this one looks like you going on (7?) different adventures.

@jenovaschilld @rudyv30  Well you're making an awful lot of assumptions there. My PC is hooked up to my living room tv. I don't know about your significant other but mine is very happy to play this with me. Couples that play together, stay together.

@OllieBrown @TimeFrame The video documentary so far has been more than worth my investment, and we haven't even gotten to the game yet.

@pathosfire @OllieBrown @TimeFrame Aye, being an old skool adventure game player and still enjoying them to this date... I am totally stoked for a good old adventure game! Thanks for the info guys <3
