Dubbed "The Machine" for his uncanny ability to rack up the most ladder games for every ladder season in the European grandmaster league, the Ukranian terran player Kas has now been removed from Team Empire's roster after almost four years of loyal service.

In the press-release issued by Team Empire, they claim that they decided to not renew Hayda's contract due to "his recent performances". Aside from this, the organisation also cites the current state of SC2's competitive side as a reason behind the decision to let Kas go.

This now brings Team Empire's SC2 division down to one player in Dmitry 'Happy' Kostin.
