Tales of Symphonia goes gold

Namco's GameCube role-playing game is on course to ship to stores July 13.

Namco announced that the GameCube version of Tales of Symphonia has gone gold. The cel-shaded role-playing game promises more than 80 hours of gameplay and features artwork from Japanese artist Kosuke Fujishima. Tales of Symphonia is the latest installment in Namco's popular Tales series of RPGs, and it saw a successful release in Japan last year. The T-rated game should be available in stores on July 13 for $49.99.
