Sims games get lost in the Myst

For the first time in months, Electronic Arts has been knocked out of first place on NPD Intelect's weekly list of best-selling games. Myst III: Exile, Ubi Soft's recent addition to the popular Myst adventure game series, took the top spot on the list in its first week of availability. The Sims: House Party slipped to second place, while Lionhead's god game Black & White, which is also published by Electronic Arts, slipped to third place from second place the week before. Black & White is the only other non-Sims game to occupy first place at any time since before New Year's. The Sims dropped from third to fourth, followed by the Myst III: Exile Collector's Edition to round out the top five.
