"I am proud to be the first to vandalize this new house," sounds good to us.
Those were the words uttered by cartoonist Matt Groening after he signed his name with spray paint on the side of a suburban tract home located in Las Vegas, Nev.
The simple gesture marked the Tuesday launch of Fox Interactive's The Simpsons: Virtual Springfield CD-ROM. The Las Vegas abode is to be given away to a lucky winner who will be announced during the airing of The Simpsons season opener this September 21.
