Serious Sam sequel this holiday season

Croteam plans to release the sequel to its popular first-person shooter this December.

Croteam has announced that the sequel to its first-person shooter, Serious Sam: The First Encounter, is almost complete and is now entering the alpha phase. The developer is now polishing the game and adding some final touches to its content. According to Croteam, the game is on schedule for release in December, and more details about it will be released soon. The development team has not yet decided if the game will include Egyptian levels.

Serious Sam: The First Encounter was released by GodGames in March and received widespread praise for its combination of entertaining, fast-paced action and its budget price of $19.95.
