Sea Dogs II exclusive

Russia-based developer Akella today sent us an exclusive group of screenshots from its upcoming pirate role-playing game, Sea Dogs II. The new screenshots show off some of the graphics capabilities of the game engine, such as realistic water, rain, and lighting effects.

Sea Dogs II is the sequel to Sea Dogs, a game released last November by Bethesda. The new game will feature a number of improvements on its predecessor, including additional role-playing elements, expanded options for when the player is in town, a new game engine, and several new combat options. Like the previous Sea Dogs game, Sea Dogs II will combine action, role-playing, and strategy elements.
