Savage Web site opens

S2 Games has announced today the launching of a new official Web site for its upcoming game, Savage: The Battle for Newerth. Interested fans can go to the official Web site to find new game information, screenshots, a full description of the human faction from the game, and a sign-up page for the game's beta test. Trailers and wallpaper can also be downloaded from the site.

Savage is a hybrid of real-time strategy and first-person shooter. When played online, one player on each team will take the role of commander. All the combat units at the commander's disposal will be controlled directly by other players from a first-person perspective.
