TOKYO--Sammy has announced that SNK Playmore will unveil a new arcade game, called NeoGeo Coliseum, at Sega and Sammy's booth during the upcoming Amusement Machine Show. The arcade game show will take place in Japan from September 2-4.

NeoGeo Coliseum will be SNK Playmore's second release on Sammy's Atomiswave platform since the company’s recent departure from its NeoGeo arcade board. SNK Playmore's first Atomiswave game was King of Fighters NeoWave, which hit arcades in Japan just last month.

Sammy has also released the list of games that will be on display at Sega and Sammy's shared booth during the show. Sega's Ghost Squad is a 3D shooting game in development for the Chihiro board, which is known for its Xbox-compatible architecture. Quest of D is Sega-AM2's anticipated fantasy role-playing game that uses a touch-sensitive screen and trading cards. No official information is available for Cycraft Initial D, but based on the title, it is likely going to be a special edition of the Initial D racing game for Sega's Cycraft racing game cabinet.

The arcade games from Sega and Sammy that will appear at the show are:

Sammy
Kenju
Net Select Salaryman Kintarou
The King of Fighters Neowave (SNK Playmore)
NeoGeo Coliseum

Sega
Sega Golf Club Network Pro Tour
Ghost Squad
Quest of D
Cycraft Initial D
Key of Avalon 2
Virtua Striker 2

More information on Ghost Squad and Quest of D can be found at the official Japanese Web sites.
