Remedy Finalizes Snazzy New Logo
After nearly a year without a proper logo, Finland-based Remedy Entertainment unveiled its new look, courtesy of LucasArts.
Earlier this afternoon, Remedy Entertainment unveiled its new company look. The logo, seen to the left, is a stylized white "R" with a bullet in the center against a dark blue backdrop.
Remedy has LucasArts to thank for its new look and company logo. The Finland-based developers were contacted by LucasArts sometime last year and informed that its logo too closely resembled Lucas'. Instead of altering it, Remedy's graphics department went to work to develop an entirely new look. The logo in question was an outline of a human eye, mocked up to resemble the letter "R". Lucas' logo contains a similar outline.
Remedy Entertainment is best known for its benchmark utilities and is currently co-developing Max Payne with 3DRealms.
