Strategy First has announced that its latest strategy game, Rails Across America, is now shipping to stores. The game gives players control of a railroad network, and they must manage their railroad and make strategic decisions to expand their empire.

Rails Across America begins in the 1800s, and it spans the North American continent with hundreds of tracks and thousands of trains. Players focus on top-level management rather than the control of individual trains. In addition to straightforward business practices, they can use labor strikes, stock raids, and sabotage to undermine their competition.

Rails Across America was developed by Seattle-based Flying Lab Software, and it will soon be available in stores for an approximate retail price of $39.99. For more information, take a look at our previous coverage of the game.
