Primate Studios has today announced the development of Furballz: Let the Fur Fly for the PC. The game, which is currently without a publisher, is described as an action adventure in which players assume the role of one of four hamsters employed by NASA to explore deep space.

Locales in the game will include a junkyard, a jungle, an alpine ski resort, and a space nebula. In addition to platform-based levels and boss battles, the game will feature a number of multiplayer bonus games, including grand prix racing, seed greed, capture the token, and tag battle.

No release date for Furballz: Let the Fur Fly has been announced at this time. We'll bring you more information on the game as soon as it becomes available.
