During the Nintendo Switch reveal press conference, it was confirmed that preorders will start January 21st in Japan, however, it looks like Western retailers went live a little earlier.

It might take a little tenacity, since like any new console, the systems seem to sell out quickly, but here are links to check out for online retailers which have had the console in stock.

You can preorder the Switch at Walmart stores right now, but to do so, you'll need to put down 10 percent of the price, which comes out to $30. Walmart preorders are guaranteed to be available on launch day, March 3.

We'll update this story as we find the console at more retailers.

The new system will come packaged with two Joy-Cons, two wrist straps, the Joy-Con grip, the Switch docking station, an HDMI cable, and a USB-C cable for charging. The only other option revealed was one with red and blue colored Joy-Cons.

Nintendo Switch is launching March 3 and will cost $299 USD and 29,980 yen.
