Playlogic International has today announced that it will publish Inuits for the PC and PlayStation 2 toward the end of next year. The third-person action adventure game, which is currently in development at Widescreen Games, is set in a fantasy world that has been cursed by a witch named Suko.

Players will assume the role of a young shaman named Iru who survives the destruction of his village and the subsequent freezing of most of the survivors by Suko. In addition to a number of weapons, players will be armed with magical spells that they learn from spirits as they progress through the game.

Inuits is currently scheduled for release in the fourth quarter of 2004. We'll bring you more information on the game as soon as it becomes available.
