The Arcade is also now live.

As promised, Overwatch's Public Test Realm has been updated, letting PC players try out the newest character, Sombra.

We got a good impression of what Sombra is all about at BlizzCon over the weekend. Now that she's live, we'll likely learn more about the intricacies of her kit, which allows her to shut down enemy abilities, go invisible, and teleport.

In the meantime, we've gotten a look at a number of skins available for her. You can see those in the gallery above; there's the usual selection of recolors, as well as three Legendary options.

Today's PTR update also delivers two other major features: the Arcade and a new Arena map called Ecopoint: Antarctica. As recently revealed, the Arcade is the new home for Brawls and other specific types of game modes, like 1v1 and 6v6 modes with random characters.

Balance changes and other tweaks have also been made. These include a reduction in the amount of experience necessary to level up from levels 14-100. You can read more details about those changes and everything else in the full patch notes.

There's not yet a date for when any of this will arrive in the live game on PC or consoles--that will likely depend on feedback to the PTR. We'll report back with the latest.
