NovaLogic Goes to Space

NovaLogic announced Thursday the development of a new space simulation, Tachyon: The Fringe, set to hit shelves sometime in the fall.

Tachyon, an action/adventure title, features a full-fledged storyline, with measures of quests and space exploration, and with a bit of space combat thrown in.

"Tachyon represents a new direction in the space combat genre," said lead programmer Randy Casey. "We are blending the acclaimed action elements from our combat titles with a compelling adventure, imaginative storyline, and a richly explorative universe. The result is an entirely new gaming experience."
