Nexon's official esports stadium was today showcased to the public in a grand opening. At the ceremony, a secret shop with Dota 2 merchandise was also present, which makes it seem like a foregone conclusion that future Nexon events will take place at the venue. Surprisingly, the finals of the 2nd season of the Nexon Sponsorship League was not played at the grand opening.

Mobile games, as well as the extremely popular FIFA franchise made their presence known as booths plastered with the words 'FIFA' and 'championship' were spotted at the venue.
