New Super Robot flying to GBA

The next installment in Banpresto's popular mech collaboration is coming to Nintendo's handheld in Japan.

According to the latest issue of Famitsu, Banpresto will release Super Robot Taisen J for Nintendo's Game Boy Advance in September. The Super Robot Taisen series is known for its wide crossover of mech robots from different anime titles. While Banpresto is a daughter company of Bandai, the characters and mechs that appear in the series include those of other companies.

Super Robot Taisen J will once again be a role-playing game with an emphasis on strategy. Many of the anime and mechs in the game will either make their debut in the Super Robot series or appear for the first time in a handheld version of a Super Robot title. Following is a list of anime titles that will be represented in the game:

Making a debut in the Super Robot series:
Uchuu no Kishi Tekkaman Blade
Fullmetal Panic
Fullmetal Panic Mofuffu
Mazinkaiser: Shitou! Ankoku Daishougun
