The remake of Ghostbusters hits theaters in a few weeks, and the promotional activity keeps on coming. Following the new theme song (and the much-cooler Japanese version), a new featurette has landed. This one focuses on some of the cool gadgetry the ghostbusting quartet will use--check it out below:

Ghostbusters is directed by Bridesmaids' Paul Feig, and stars Kristen Wiig, Melissa McCarthy, Kate McKinnon, Leslie Jones, and Chris Hemsworth. Several actors from the original movie will also feature in cameos, including Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Ernie Hudson, and Sigourney Weaver.

In a new interview with EW, Ivan Reitman, who directed the original film and acted as a producer on the new version, spoke about the film's new team. "How wonderful those four women are together," he said. "Individually and together, they're as unique as Murray and Aykroyd and [Harold] Ramis and Hudson were. They look like they should be together. You can't explain it until you see them moving and talking."

Reitman also weighed on some of the controversy that the remake has attracted. "I think we got off to a bad start," he said referring to the film's first trailer. "It wasn't so much that the trailer was bad or terrible. In its minute and a half, it couldn't represent what the movie actually is."

Ghostbusters hits theaters on July 17.
