New Bridge Commander screens

Activision releases even more images images from the Star Trek capital-ship simulator.

Activision has released new screenshots from Star Trek Bridge Commander, the Starfleet Command-like bridge simulator from developer Totally Games. These new screenshots showcase some of the different menus that are used to set up quick battles in the game. There's also an image of what the actual in-game interface looks like when players are not in Bridge Commander's bridge mode. The game has been designed to be easy to play with very little micromanagement needed for monitoring different parts of the ship. However, if players prefer to have direct control over every aspect of the ship, they can switch out of the bridge mode and sort through menus to perform any actions.

Star Trek Bridge Commander is currently scheduled for release in November. For more information on the game, including an interview with Totally Games' Larry Holland, take a look at our previous coverage .
