Take-Two Interactive announced Tuesday that it's shipped 185,000 units of its N64 game Wheel of Fortune. The company acquired the distribution rights to the game from developer GameTek, which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in early December.

Ryan Brant, CEO of Take-Two, said in a statement, " thrilled to have entered the N64 distribution arena with a product as popular as Wheel of Fortune, and we are very proud to report that, to date, we have been experiencing strong retail sell-through from our initial rollout of the product. In light of Wheel of Fortune's past performance on Nintendo's other gaming platforms, coupled with the strength of the Nintendo 64 market, we expect this sell-through to continue over the next several months."

The company's next N64 title is another console translation of a popular game show, Jeopardy!, which will hit stores in February.
