As you may remember, we previously reported that former Capcom designer Yoshiki Okamoto's company, Flagship, was working on scenarios for Capcom's N64 version of Bio Hazard (known in the US as Resident Evil). While still not officially announced, thanks to Mr. Okamoto, we now know that Capcom is working on a Bio Hazard/Resident Evil title for the N64.

Sources close to the development team told GameSpot News that this game is currently called Bio Hazard Zero (Resident Evil Zero). While it's not known whether this is a tentative name or a final one, the game is set before the events of the original Bio Hazard. That's why they are calling it Zero (which also fits Capcom's naming conventions).

In other Bio Hazard-related news, the game's producer, Shinji Mikami, recently revealed in an interview that he is developing a survival horror game where you're being pursued not by zombies, but by dinosaurs. Our sources have informed us that this new survival horror game (unrelated to the Resident Evil series) will be entirely 3D, similar to Konami's Silent Hill, and will be on display at the upcoming Tokyo Game Show in March. In addition, a new Resident Evil game is rumored to be in development for the PlayStation, to be unveiled later this year.
