At a Spec Ops 2 launch party held at San Francisco's Club-i last night, Ripcord announced that it will be supporting the Dreamcast with up to six titles in 2000. Previously, GameSpot News has learned that the company will be bringing Legend of the Blade Masters and Spec Ops 2 to the console.

"The advanced hardware and speed of the Dreamcast system makes it a perfect system for our games," said Lou Viverous, president of Ripcord Games. "In particular, the multiplayer capabilities of the system are appealing to us, and our customers can expect several other releases for the Dreamcast before the end of next year."
