Matrix Games picks up La Grande Armee
The 3D real-time wargame series from HistWar will begin with La Grande Armee at Austerlitz.
Matrix Games has announced that it will publish the La Grande Armee campaign series from French developer HistWar. The first game in the series, La Grande Armee at Austerlitz, will let players participate in Napoleonic battles with armies of up to 100,000 men. The La Grande Armee series will include the main battles of the Napoleonic period from 1805 to 1815, all presented using a real-time 3D engine.
