Agetec has today announced that Magic Pengel: The Quest for Color, which was formerly known as Color Quest, has gone gold. The game, which was developed by Taito, is a 3D adventure in which players assume the role of a "doodler" and are able to draw and animate their own characters.

"We are very excited about the release of Magic Pengel," said Rob Alvarez, vice president of marketing at Agetec. "For the first time in history, gamers are able to use their creativity to interact with a game by drawing their own characters and having them come to life. As Agetec grows, we look forward to continuing the diversification of our product lineup with those titles that meet our standard of excellence."

Magic Pengel: The Quest for Color is currently scheduled for release on June 24. For more information, check out our previous coverage of the game.
