A survey sent to the Killer Instinct community has hinted at some of the characters developer Iron Galaxy Studios could introduce in the future. Among them are Joanna Dark, star of Rare's Perfect Dark series, and the Agent from Crackdown.

The survey, which is available to take here, was posted by Iron Galaxy's community manager Colt Yohman, and will "help in shaping the future of Killer Instinct."

"Your feedback will be taken directly to the developers at Iron Galaxy Studios and Microsoft Game Studios to help make Killer Instinct even better! Please be as direct and honest as possible," reads a message posted alongside the survey.

It asks respondents to rank nine "all-new" characters in the order they most want to play them. In addition to the Crackdown Agent and Joanna Dark, there's the Brute from Halo, Wendigo, Djinn, Lovecraftian, and Eyedol, who was the final boss in the original Killer Instinct.

In another section it asks which "reimagined" characters respondents most want to play. The options are Shadow Orchid, Aganos ENT (Broccoli Man!), Sharkman (TJ), Cinder Pre-Transformation, and Kelvin (Rushdown Glacius).

The latest guest character added to Killer Instinct was General RAAM from Gears of War. He fights with a serrated dagger and can summon Kryll to attack.

In June, Xbox boss Phil Spencer responded to the idea of a Mortal Kombat and Killer Instinct crossover, saying he "love[s]" the idea. Ed Boon, boss of Mortal Kombat developer NetherRealm Entertainment said the game would have to be Xbox exclusive, if it was ever developed.
