Hitman Bonus Episode Coming This Summer, Features Giant Killer Robot

Hitman's bonus episode will have you revisit past areas that have changed since you last saw them.

Comments

Hitman players will be able to play a bonus episode this summer, where they'll revisit changed versions of Sapienza and Marrakesh, publisher Square Enix announced today. The bonus episode has two separate missions, which offer new in-game challenges and opportunities.

The bonus episode is not part of the main Hitman story. Instead, the areas will have a different feel to them, with a giant killer robot making an appearance in Sapienza. The episode serves as the season's halfway point before the release of the last three episodes: Thailand, the US, and Japan. All three are set to release this year.

Additionally, there's "an entirely new setting" for Escalation Contracts and Elusive Targets, though no further information was given. We've contacted Square Enix and will update this story if we receive more information.

Hitman's Summer Bonus Episode releases July 19 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. You can check out descriptions for the two missions below.
