Available to buy today are the $80 Strike and Siege models, which come in Onyx Fire and Onyx Ice color patterns. They also support up to 20 interchangeable Heroes of the Storm temple sleeves ($15 each), featuring artwork from the game franchise.

Gunnar says the glasses are built using "feather-light, high-tensile steel," which should not only allow for a nice fit but also make them quite durable. The Siege model supports a wider fit for people with larger faces.

As with all Gunnar glasses, the Heroes of the Storm eyewear is specially designed to reduce glare and eye fatigue that some experience during extended play sessions. For more on the new glasses, head to Gunnar's website. You can also get a closer look through the image gallery below.

Heroes of the Storm recently gained some mainstream attention when part of the Heroes of the Dorm tournament was broadcast on ESPN 2. This was criticized by both some ESPN viewers and at least one ESPN employee.
