Starting on Friday, December 11, all Adversary modes in GTA Online will reward players with twice as much in-game cash and RP as usual. That includes Every Bullet Counts, the interesting new four-player deathmatch mode where everyone has just two bullets at their disposal. This bonus runs through Sunday, December 13.
It's a pretty limited weekend event compared to some past promotions, but it seems likely that a bigger one is on the way. Rockstar today announced that GTA Online's next free expansion, the Executives and Other Criminals update, is coming next week. The company usually follows up the release of these expansions with larger weekend events where you can get discounts on in-game purchases, free stuff, and so on. Rockstar hasn't made any announcements, but we'll presumably see one in the next couple weeks.
The new update adds modes, missions, and items, as well as a way for players to hire other players as bodyguards. You can read more about that here.
That update, like Every Bullet Counts, is only available on PC, Xbox One, and PS4. Rockstar is focusing on continuing to deliver these kinds of updates for GTA V, but is unlikely to offer more of them on last-gen consoles.
