GameStop Hosting "Anime Day" With Game Discounts and More
Here's what the retailer will offer for its one-day event later this month.
Retailer GameStop today announced that it will hold an in-store event themed around anime. "Anime Day," as GameStop is calling it, will be held February 20 across all US store locations.
As part of the one-day event, a handful of anime-themed video games will be marked down (see the list below), while some GameStop-exclusive Pop! Vinyl figures, Kurama Mode ($17) and Hollow Ichigo ($11), will be released. Additionally, GameStop will offer a buy-two-get-one half off deal on all Pop! Vinyl toys.
The discounted anime-themed video games are listed below.
- Sword Art Online: Lost Song - $40 (was $60)
- Dragonball Xenoverse XV - $20 (was $30)
- Tales of Zestiria - $30 (was $40)
- One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3 - $30 (was $40)
